Additions (These are only samples. Each addition is priced specifically)

• Single story addition with kitchen. Cabinets are not included. $145,000

Kitchens

• Sample Shaker style from $32,000

• Small kitchen for $28,000.  Including Pergo floor, cabinets and tile.

• Large family kitchen $75,000.  Included hardwood floors, combining two rooms premium cabinets, granite counter tops, new entry doors, new windows

Bathroom

• Demo existing bathroom. Remove vanity, tub and toilet. remove wall and floor tiles. Replace plumbing from stack pipe and risers. Install new drywall, Install bathroom fan, two recessed lights, two gfi outlets. Remove and reinstall baseboard heater. Install owner supplied tub, toilet and vanity. Install owner supplied tile around tub inclosure on wonder board. Install tile on walls up to 40" above floor. Install owner supplied tile on walls from floor to 42" from floor. Install wet-bed or wonder board on floor. Install owner supplied tile on floor. Install shower curtain rod. Install towel and toilet paper holders. Paint walls, ceilings and trim.  $18,500

Mill Work

• Replace interior doors with wood paneled doors.  Jambs left in place.  New doors mortised for lock and hinges.  $220

• Refit existing interior doors so the close and lock.$110 for the door $35 for each additional door

• Radiator covers.  All wood $530.  Metal fronts, $160

• Crown molding, finger jointed 4"  for 16'x16' room.  $400. 

• Crown molding,  Standard Colonial 4".  $6 per ln feet.

• Banister.  Installed with 3 brackets.  12 - 14 step stairs.  $189.

Flooring

• Hardwood.  2.25" x 3/4" oak installed and sanded  $12.50 sq ft.

• Hardwood  2.25" x 3/4" Oak pre-finished installed  $10.50 sq ft

• Vinyl sheet .    Up to 12' x 8' sheet vinyl installed  $750.

  • Each additional sq ft of Vinyl  $7.11

Windows

• Standard vinyl replacement window fully welded corners, double hung, no grills, under 100 unified inches.  Installed  $330.

• Wood replacement window, Marvin, No grills.  $850.  Price varies on size.

• Bay window.  Remove old windows and install a Marvin Bay window into existing opening.  $4,700.  Price varies on size and location of window.

• Storm Window Installed  for 3 or more  $145 per window.

Repairs

• Repairs are billed at $90 per hour minimum of 2 hours.
